Yubi Group through its subsidiary Aspero specializes in high-rated, short-term non-convertible debentures (NCDs) across the credit rating scale. Aspero offerings yield between 8% to 15%, providing returns that outpace traditional investments like fixed deposits and mutual funds.In the last 4 years of our existence, we have earned the trust & support of the wealth ecosystem. Our goal is to democratize access to high quality financial products to consumers in India through technology & enabling access to investors across categories.

About the role-

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic sales contributor specializing in dealing with Institutional Clients within fixed income space including any other investment products. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with financial partners and clients into Provident Funds, Insurance Companies, Co operative banks, AIFs, PMS, Pension Funds into higher rated bonds. As an integral part of our senior leadership team, you will strategize and execute sales initiatives, spearhead product distribution, and responsible for driving the business objectives in one or two verticals

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and secure strategic partnerships with Provident Funds, Insurance Companies, Co operative banks, AIFs, PMS, Pension Funds etc.’s that aligns with overall fixed income business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team

Relationship Building & Business Development

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to CIO’s, Fund Managers, Head of Investments, Head of treasury & institutional partners.
  • Engage in regular business development activities to expand the sales pipeline and increase market penetration for above investment classes as investors.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as product, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration of new initiatives and refinement of existing offerings.
  • Oversee client engagement efforts, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales role within DCM and institutional sales specifically in dealing with Co operative banks, Provident Funds, Insurance & Pension Fund Houses, PMS etc. as well as sales to treasuries for investment products(including debt products).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a strong preference for experience in financial services
  • Deep knowledge of fixed income products, including market trends, regulatory aspects, and customer dynamics.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
