Role Summary:

We are looking for someone who is people-first, thoughtful, practical, and deeply invested in building strong teams. In this role, you should enjoy working closely with people, understand business realities, and be comfortable in a fast-moving environment where things evolve quickly.
As the HR Manager, you will manage the people function for one of Raise’s financial entities, working closely with business leaders and employees to create a workplace where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of what they build together.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be ensuring our people practices grow with the business. Your role is to create a culture where people do their best work and choose to stay. At the same run the routine HR processes.
