A) Role & Responsibilities

• Support Business growth of Services Business by developing tailored solutions to meet client requirements
• Solution Leadership for Large Complex RFPs : Act as the lead architect for complex large-scale RFPs—develop solution constructs, win themes, response strategy, and customized storyboards aligned to client objectives.
• Executive Alignment : Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align solution strategy, secure timely approvals, and ensure governance for RFP submissions.
• Stakeholder Management : Interface with global internal teams including business development and delivery as well as external client stakeholders to shape offerings that are both competitive and deliverable.
• Team Leadership : Guide Junior team members to develop RFP Response including creating high-impact presentations, plan bandwidth allocation in the team to strategic opportunities, manage escalations, performance of the team
• Team Development : Strengthen capabilities of the solution design team;

ensure a positive work environment and high-quality deliverables

secure alignment and approvals from senior leadership
