SharePoint Administrator -L2 Support
Position Responsibilities
- SharePoint Farm Install, Configure, and Trouble Shoot
- Provide tier-three administration, support and configuration of SharePoint
- Manage and Support Security and Permissions.
- Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
- Installing the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries
- Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
- Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
- Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
- Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
- Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
- Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
- Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
- Experience in migrating sites, applications, and data within SharePoint
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the SharePoint infrastructure
- Manage day-to-day operations by troubleshooting any issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and developing fixes to avoid similar issues.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in SharePoint Online (SPO) administrationExtensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installation, configuration, customization,administering and managing SharePoint Server 2013, 2016 and 2019
Expertise in Adding / Changing / Removing users and user group permissions for various sites,updating content & changing navigation.
Experience in 247 client and server support.Experience on Web part and Windows solutions packages deployment.Experience in Content Deployments, Cumulative Updates, Security Patches Etc.Good knowledge in User Profiles.Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with quick adaptability to newenvironment.
Expertise in creating, configuring Web Application, Team Sites including Site Collection, Lists,Document Libraries, Content Types and Custom Lists.Experience
Overall Experience – 7-9 years (mandatory)SharePoint Admin Experience – 4-5 years (mandatory)SharePoint Development Experience – 1-2 years
