Avaloq Developer - Banking System

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Avaloq Developer to join our core banking IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining modules on the Avaloq Banking Suite, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions aligned with business requirements and regulatory Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions using the Avaloq Core Platform, including PL / SQL, Avaloq Script, and parameterization.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement Avaloq parameter changes, interfaces, reports, workflows, and batch processes.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Avaloq and related systems in a timely manner.
• Participate in system upgrades, performance tuning, and patch deployments.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and Skills and Qualifications :
• 312 years of hands-on experience as an Avaloq Developer.
• Strong expertise in Avaloq Core Banking System (parameterization, scripting, reporting).
• Proficient in PL / SQL and relational databases (preferably Oracle).
• Good understanding of banking operations : payments, securities, credit, accounting, and client data.
• Experience with Avaloq custom development and interfaces (APIs, web services, etc.).
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
