Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media pages and handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Quora etc.) and create engaging content.
- Plan and schedule daily posts, reels, shorts, stories, and updates on different digital platforms.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across different digital platforms through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
- Engage with the online audience through comments and DMs.
- Handle SEO activities : keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page link building, etc.
- Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Track growth, impressions, reach, and engagement using analytics tools.
- Create and analyze performance reports to improve marketing results.
- Designing of creatives and marketing videos; and video editing.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and marketing materials.
- Assist in writing scripts for videos and drafting captions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and tools so as to help in building the brand voice of the organisation.
Required Skills
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and Google Analytics.Basic understanding of content marketing and branding.Understanding of reels, hooks, thumbnails, and viral formats is a plus.Basic editing skills for photo and video.Good communication and creative thinking skills.Discipline and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe tools, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools (optional) and willingness to learn new tools.Skills Required
