Key Responsibilities :
- To lead the development of a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- To manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful placement of candidates.
- To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results-driven recruitment strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex recruitment challenges.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Benefits :
