Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for profitable growth of Sustainability / ESG services aligned with global Knowledge business strategy
- Create business plans and strategies to secure new contracts
- Build networks with key players and stay updated on external market trends
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Design business and marketing plans for sustainability / ESG services and new markets
- Oversee marketing and promotional initiatives
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market share
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet targets
- Provide technical product support to sales staff
- Track emerging trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Act on leads from operations and share updates
- Refer business opportunities to other lines when needed
- Promote and practice safe behavior in alignment with SGS safety policies
- Uphold SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times
