Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Member located in Chennai. The Crew Member will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day restaurant operations, including taking orders, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include adhering to safety and hygiene standards and collaborating with the team to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Basic food preparation and handling skills, as well as the ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
• Customer service-oriented mindset, including effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Team collaboration and multitasking abilities to ensure seamless operations
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
