EYP Coordinator

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Education or a related field.

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).

Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Early Years, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or coordination role.

Experience in IB PYP / Early Years curriculum will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, child development, and inquiry-based learning.

Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.

Ability to lead curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and parent engagement.

Familiarity with school documentation, assessments, and programme implementation.
