We are looking for a passionate and skilled

After-Sales Service & Commissioning Engineer

to join our growing renewable energy operations in

Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat .

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can ensure smooth commissioning, reliable performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction across our projects in India and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

post-delivery debugging, commissioning, and fault resolution

activities for energy projects, ensuring timely and efficient operational readiness.

Conduct

root-cause analysis of product defects

and capture market feedback to support R&D teams in driving continuous product enhancement.

Oversee

quality inspection and compliance processes

to maintain product reliability and operational excellence.

Manage

end-to-end customer complaint resolution

from assessment and communication to issue closure within warranty periods, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment stability.

Provide

on-site operational support

tailored to local project requirements, maintaining high service standards.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

to ensure smooth project execution, clear communication, and long-term partnership development.

Support in

documentation, report generation, and preparation of operation manuals

as per local standards and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

Work Location :

Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat (on-site role).

Preferred Candidates :

Local Indian professionals, especially those from Gujarat or nearby regions.

Education :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.

Experience : Proven background in

after-sales service, commissioning, or O&M

within the

electrical, photovoltaic, wind power, or renewable energy

sectors.

Language Skills :

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) for coordination with China-based technical and management teams.

Technical Documentation :

Ability to create and maintain operation manuals and inspection reports compliant with local standards.

Professional Traits :

Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to project-based environments, and readiness to follow unified team assignments and schedules.
