Web Analyst

Position Overview

Provide web analytics support to a large technology client.

Responsibilities

• Use Adobe Analytics to analyze and report on user’s digital customer journey through client's site properties, which include, but not limited to, clicks, page views, time on site, bounce rates, attribution, campaign tracking etc.
• Dive deep into web analytics to develop insights and recommendations that lead to improved website conversion rates, page speed, time on site, bounce rate, retention, campaing performance, and / or overall business performance
• Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines and desired deliverables for all analytics requests that are assigned to you
• Manage multiple data sources at the same time and have the ability to come up with a cohesive story with insights
• Use the data sources avaialble to you in order to answer business questions and to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions
• Proactively update all relevant parties on status of analytics requests and deliverables
• Track all work items via a ticketing system in order to accurately capture the time and effort involved in different types of analytics deliverables
