Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (MongoDB) to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical databases. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security while collaborating with multiple teams to drive database efficiency and integrity. This role is ideal for a MongoDB expert with a proven track record in performance optimization, database administration, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for MongoDB administration and database best practices.
• Install, configure, and maintain database management systems.
• Monitor database performance and implement optimizations.
• Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Ensure security protocols, data protection, and compliance measures are in place.
• Collaborate across teams to provide solutions and support critical business applications.
• Assist in the development of database policies and procedures.
• Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key organizational initiatives.
