Hiring : Cybersecurity Sales Director – India (APAC Territory)

Location : Mumbai / Bengaluru / Pune (Remote) | Full-Time | APAC Market Focus

Budget for the role : 25LPA-35LPA

We’re looking for a dynamic Cybersecurity Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales growth across India and the APAC region. This role will lead high-value engagements with CISOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers while shaping strategic sales outcomes for cybersecurity services and solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the cybersecurity sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage the full sales lifecycle : lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure
• Build strong enterprise relationships (C-suite + strategic decision makers)
• Work with pre-sales, product, and marketing to position solutions : Zero Trust, IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, OT Security, SASE, AI-driven security
• Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM hygiene
• Represent the company at key events, conferences, and industry forums
