Role Overview :
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketeer to lead our paid
marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience in managing large budgets, optimizing campaigns for ROI / ROAS, and driving
customer acquisition through measurable performance channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels (Google
Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).
Own end-to-end campaign management : planning, budgeting, targeting, execution,tracking, and reporting.
Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through measurableperformance metrics.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, A / B test creatives, audience segments,and landing pages to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns withbusiness goals.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure accurate tracking of spends andperformance.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to identify growthopportunities.
Build dashboards and performance reports to share actionable insights withleadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paidplatforms.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, DataStudio, or Mixpanel.
Experience with A / B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution models.Comfortable managing large monthly budgets with focus on ROI / ROAS.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice-to-Have
Experience with Martech / Adtech tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).Exposure to SEO / ASO strategies as a complementary growth channel.Prior experience in e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or consumer-tech industries.
