Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karjan, near Vadodara for a Senior Engineer- R&D . The Engineer will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects. They will also be required to troubleshoot and resolve software issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Degree engineering in Electronics or Computer Science or Mechatronics
• Experience in Textile Machine Manufacturing will be added advantage
• Strong C (C89 / C99) and C++ embedded experience; experience writing low level, memory constrained code.
• Hands-on with OS-9 (or legacy OS-0 flavors) - creating modules, processes, handling I / O paths
• Familiarity with motion control concepts (stepper / servo drives, encoders, PID / trajectory planning)
• Debugging tool : JTAG / SWD debuggers, oscilloscopes / logic analyzers, on-target trace / profilers
• Good, embedded build / CI practices, version control (git), and test driven development mindset
• Closed loop control of induction motors including inverter
• Knowledge of communication protocols (ex. RS232, CanOpen, RS485, Ethernet, etc.)
• Experience in front end development in Java
