About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and creative Senior Associate – Event Marketing & Communications to lead the execution of our online events, webinars, and masterclasses .
You’ll own the entire event marketing funnel — from audience acquisition to attendance — using engaging communication, targeted campaigns, and smart coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of online events and masterclasses.
- Drive registrations and attendance through high-performing campaigns across :
- Email marketing
- WhatsApp broadcasts
- SMS campaigns
- In-app push notifications
- Community posts (Reddit, Quora, Telegram, etc.)
- Create compelling and conversion-driven communication across all event channels.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (speakers, partners, design, ops) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Analyze the event funnel performance (registrations → show-up → retention) and continuously optimize outcomes.
- Identify gaps and brainstorm creative ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- Manage post-event follow-ups , feedback loops, and performance reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and email writing skills — you know how to grab attention and convert it.Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience psychology, and content performance metrics .Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from event data and translate them into action.A creative problem-solver and ideator who enjoys testing and learning what works.Hands-on experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WebEngage, WhatsApp APIs, or CRMs .Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.High sense of ownership — you treat every event like your own product.Bonus Points If You Have
Experience managing high-volume webinars or online workshops .Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva).Background in EdTech, SaaS, or community-led growth .What Success Looks Like
