Job description

1.5 years of Agile Coaching - mentoring & teaching experience at all levels within an organization

Accomplished Agile Practitioner that Evangelizes Agility

Ability to bridge gaps in Agile theory and practical application

Ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local problems

Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization- Sound understanding of Agile frameworks such as Kanban

Must have People Management experience and understand a Matrix / Enterprise Organization and it's a mindset

Has equal Experience with Technology, Business, and Management

Financial domain knowledge is a must. Margin lending and wealth management credit experience is a big plus
