Dreamcast - Technical Lead - Laravel / NestJS

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Lead (Laravel + Nest.js) to join our development team in Jaipur. In this role, you will lead a team of developers to build scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices, while architecting solutions that power the next generation of event experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, innovation, and execution across various projects while working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, UI / UX, QA, and Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of web applications and backend services using Laravel (PHP) and Nest.js (Node.js).
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design and development to testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and enforce pull request and version control practices (Git / GitHub).
• Optimize system architecture and database design for performance, scalability, and security.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with DevOps and QA teams for deployment pipelines, testing strategies, and CI / CD processes.
• Keep up with the latest trends and tools in web development, especially in PHP, Node.js, and event-tech Skills Required :
• Expert-level proficiency in Laravel (PHP Framework) and Nest.js (Node.js Framework).
• Strong experience with RESTful API design, development, and integration.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, MVC, and modular application design.
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on knowledge of authentication / authorization protocols like JWT, OAuth2.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js / React) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of CI / CD tools, unit testing, and Agile methodologies.
