Remote Support Engineer

Join our Digital Services Remote Operations team and help customers maximize the performance of their electrical systems and building assets. This role combines data analysis, predictive insights, and customer support to deliver real value through digital transformation. What will you do? Monitor connected customer assets and interpret system alarms to provide effective corrective solutions Analyze asset health data and conduct predictive analytics to prevent performance issues Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support that ensures customer system reliability Create site analysis reports with benchmarks and recommendations that drive informed decision-making What are the key skills we are looking for?
