Responsibility :
- Assist in designing and implementing HR programs that foster a positive work environment.
- Analyze employee engagement data and provide actionable insights to improve existing programs.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in human resources development.
- Contribute to HR metrics analysis related to employee engagement and training effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR initiatives and outcomes.
- Support employee engagement activities, event management, and policy research.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development interventions.
- Work independently on assigned HRD projects and initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree; Masters in Human Resources preferred.5+ years of relevant HR experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-solving and resourceful thinking abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.Ability to develop innovative ideas for employee engagement.Experience in analyzing HR metrics and driving actionable insights.Skills Required
