About the role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth delivery of end-user services, and securing enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms, cloud administration, security tools, and networking fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and maintain

Microsoft Intune

for Windows device deployment, configuration, and compliance policies.

Manage

JAMF Pro

for Apple macOS and iOS device provisioning, updates, and security enforcement.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot

web tunnel security solutions

such as

Zscaler .

Administration of

Microsoft Defender suite

(including Vulnerability Management).

Administration of

Microsoft Purview.

Collaborate with the security team to ensure endpoint and network security compliance.

Perform

Microsoft Azure and AWS

administration, including user and group management, security settings, and integration with on-premises systems.

Support Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

CRM tools administration.

Provide tier 2 / 3 IT support for escalated technical issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments.

Assist in patch management, asset lifecycle management, and system performance optimization.

Provide end users support.

Support IT infrastructure projects from design through implementation.

Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven

Intune Administrator

experience (Windows device configuration, compliance policies, Autopilot).

Proven

JAMF Pro Administrator

experience (macOS / iOS device management, security enforcement).

Experience with

Zscaler

or similar web tunnel software (Cloud security gateway, policy configuration).

Hands-on

Azure Administration

(RBAC, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Security policies).

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Strong knowledge AzureAD / EntraID, Conditional Access policies and identity federation.

Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).

Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and administration tasks.

Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant certifications such as

Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate ,

Azure Administrator Associate ,

Jamf 200 / 300 , or

Zscaler Certified Engineer .

Experience with other MDM solutions, security tools, or cloud platforms.

Previous experience in a corporate IT environments infrastructure.
