Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Python. The ideal candidate must be proficient in modern AI-powered development tools such as Windsurf.ai, Cursor.ai, OpenAI APIs, and other AI-assisted coding platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy backend applications using Node.js and Python .
Integrate AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, or similar AI services ) into applications.
Utilize tools like Windsurf.ai, Cursor.ai, and AI-assisted IDEs to optimize development workflows.
Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product teams, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Stay updated on emerging AI development tools and frameworks to enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3 years of experience in backend development using Node.js and Python .

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture .

Experience with AI tools like Windsurf.ai, Cursor.ai, OpenAI API , and similar platforms.

Hands-on experience in API development, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and version control (Git) .

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Knowledge of containerization tools ( Docker, Kubernetes ) is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with AI / ML-based applications or automation workflows .

Understanding of prompt engineering , AI-assisted coding, and API-based AI integration.

Familiarity with frameworks like Express.js, FastAPI, Flask, or Django .

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation .

Soft Skills :

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
