Role : Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Your Impact :
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle – onboarding, adoption, retention & advocacy across your customer portfolio
- Ensure customers are maximizing business value & ROI from cybersecurity solutions
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors and partner ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive solution adoption and customer satisfaction
- Influence, negotiate and guide teams / customers to desired outcomes and best practices
- Lead communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Operate in high-pace, complex customer environments, driving continuous value delivery and service excellence
Candidate Profile :
