Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Production Manager at Green Gold Animation Pvt Ltd. The Production Manager will oversee and manage animation & VFX production processes, ensuring schedules and budgets are adhered to while maintaining high-quality output. Responsibilities include coordinating with creative teams, supervising production timelines, streamlining workflows, and resolving production challenges. The individual will be required to ensure successful communication between departments and stakeholders and provide leadership for a seamless production process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning, Workflow Management, and Scheduling
• Strong Team Leadership, Communication, and Collaboration skills
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities in dynamic production environments
• Knowledge of Animation & VFX Production, including 2D / 3D / VFX pipelines, tools, and techniques
• Ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize production processes
• Experience with Project Management tools and software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the animation or entertainment industry is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Media, Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience
