Job description
Role Overview: >Creative Strategy & Vision Set the creative direction for brands, aligning with their business and marketing goals. >Campaign Leadership Lead the development of integrated campaigns in partnership with marketing, brand, and category teams. >Omni-channel Execution Oversee creative output across digital platforms, offline stores, websites, apps, social media, newsletters, print, OTT, billboards, and more. >Visual & Content Excellence Collaborate with merchandising and category teams to ensure visually appealing content, product imagery, and storytelling. >Team Leadership Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering innovation and creativity. >UI/UX Collaboration Work closely with UI/UX teams to enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. Desired Experience & Skills >5–10 years of experience in a creative/art direction role, preferably with leading agencies or consumer brands >Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus) >Prior experience leading creative or cross-functional teams >Strong eye for design, branding, and copy >Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with AI-based creative tools >Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or motion graphics is a bonus >Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease About WinnerBrands At WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
