Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Closing / Sourcing Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, managing site visits, sourcing potential buyers, and ensuring successful deal closures. This role demands strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with walk-in clients at the project site.
• Provide proper hospitality, understand client requirements, and build strong rapport.
• Conduct property presentations and showcase project features effectively.
• Handle negotiations, finalize bookings, and ensure token / booking amounts are collected at targeted rates.
• Complete all documentation and ensure smooth transaction closure.
• Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with clients for revisit and closure.
• Source new leads through tele-calling, referrals, and promotional activities.
• Submit daily work plans and reports to the reporting manager.
• Effectively use company ERP / CRM tools for lead management, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Support cross-functional departments during promotions, events, or in case of emergencies.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to project success.
