We’re now looking for a

Founder Content Associate

who can help our Founder & CEO,

Nikunj Adeshra

, build his personal brand and share the Cleardeals journey authentically with the world.

Your Role

You’ll work directly with the Founder to :

Convert founder insights, weekly wins, and stories into clear, impactful LinkedIn posts.

Create a content rhythm that builds trust, credibility, and awareness.

Repurpose existing stories, videos, and internal learnings into social content.

Research industry trends, analyze data points, and turn them into simple visual stories.

Maintain posting calendar, brand tone, and content library.

Who You Are

You think like a storyteller and write in

simple, powerful English

You understand LinkedIn tone — clean, credible, founder-focused.

You’re good at converting

raw founder thoughts into structured posts

You’re proactive, disciplined, and respect confidentiality.

Prior experience in content creation or writing for founders / startups is a plus.

Qualifications

Content Writing, Creative Writing, and Proofreading skills

Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research

Editing and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Digital Marketing and Content Marketing skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Strong organizational and project management skills
