Vesta Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic and passionate Learning & Development Executive cum HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee capabilities, strengthening departmental performance, and supporting HR operations across our properties in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct training sessions across multiple hotel units in Rajasthan

Support HR functions, including onboarding, policies, employee engagement & documentation

Monitor training effectiveness and maintain performance records

Coordinate with property HR & department heads for training needs analysis

Ensure consistent implementation of HR and L&D standards across all units

Travel extensively across Rajasthan as part of job requirements

Candidate Requirements :

Hospitality background is mandatory

Relevant experience in Learning & Development and / or HR operations for minimum of 2-3 years in 3 to 4 star hotels.

Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or HR

Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills

Ability to travel frequently and work across multiple hotel locations

Positive attitude, discipline, and passion for developing people
