Documentation Manager

Lead and manage all import-export documentation for liner agency services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations. Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, customs, and internal teams. Oversee and train the documentation team for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end import and export documentation operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Ensure full compliance with port, customs, DG Shipping, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, customs officials, CHAs, and internal teams for smooth documentation flow.
• Manage and mentor the documentation team, including training, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
