About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-obsessed SEM Analyst who doesn’t wait for dashboards to tell them what to do. You’ll own growth outcomes for global clients and operate with the mindset of a strategist, not an order-taker. If you get excited about turning intent into revenue and using automation intelligently - you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Own
Full-funnel Search, Shopping, YouTube, and PMax strategy and execution
Performance optimization rooted in intent segmentation, ad relevance, and landing experience
Conversion tracking across GTM, GA4, CRM integrations, and enhanced conversions
Audience strategy development using first-party and platform signals
Performance analytics, reporting, and storytelling for stakeholders
Scaling testing frameworks for bidding, ads, landing pages, and feed enhancements
Budget planning, pacing, forecasting, and efficiency improvements
Collaboration with content, creative, CRO, and client teams to unlock growth
What You Already Know (and can prove)
3+ years of Google Ads working experience at +90% proficiency : search structure, bid strategies, feed optimization, scripts / rules
3+ years of Meta Ads working experience - retargeting, demand generation and efficiency plays
B2B / eCommerce global clients & market exposure
How to get meaningful data from Looker Studio or similar
Excel / Sheets excellence : pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cleaning
Practical CRO thinking : you push for better landing page performance, not just clicks
Incrementality and attribution nuances - you understand what actually drives new demand
Great-To-Have Extras
SA360, Optmyzr, DataSlayer or Supermetrics experience
SQL basics for deeper analysis
Experience managing mid size budgets ($50k+ / month across channels)
Understanding of GenAI-powered campaign optimization tools
