Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to focus on sourcing and engaging top US based talent for our clients. This role is hands-on, with a high volume of sourcing, outbound outreach, and candidate calls. You’ll play a critical part in building strong pipelines and ensuring candidates are well-informed and excited about opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source high-quality US based candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels
- Conduct initial candidate calls to assess fit, interest, and availability
- Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the process
- Keep accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our ATS
- Build and manage pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
