Job descriptionBuild and maintain strong C-level client relationships across key industries. Lead pitches, negotiations, and high-value proposals. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Oversee end-to-end project delivery to ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. Implement operational best practices, processes, and internal efficiencies. Ensure compliance, risk management, and financial discipline across projects. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence. Attract senior talent and manage workforce planning. Own the P&L for the India business. Plan budgets, forecasts, and financial targets. Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability across the region. 10–15+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activations, or related industries. Proven experience leading large teams and managing multi-city operations. Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Deep industry network across brands, agencies, and vendors. Experience working with global clients or multinational organizations. Role Overview
The Head of India Business will be responsible for leading Buzznation’s business strategy, operations, client relationships, and P&L for the Indian market. This role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in the events, experiential marketing, or brand activation space, and a strong track record of scaling business operations.
You will directly shape the company’s growth trajectory in India and ensure industry-leading delivery across all client engagements.
