    • Job Description :

    Configuration and Maintenance :

  • Configure tools to reflect the organization's delivery approach, agile and operational workflows, and reporting requirements as these evolve.
  • Integrate Jira and Confluence with other essential tools and systems such as the DevOps toolchain, promoting the integration automation and CI / CD into the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Create and configure new projects, schemes, and workflows within Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Desk.
  • Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs.

    • User Support :

  • Assist Project Level Administrators with managing settings and maintaining their projects.
  • Provide technical support to end-users through Jira Service Desk, resolving issues and answering inquiries.
  • Assist end users with user-specific settings.
  • Create and maintain training guides for end users.
  • Onboard and offboard colleagues, remaining with our licence limits.

    • Upgrades and Maintenance :

  • Ensures ongoing maintenance, optimization, and support for Jira and Confluence.
  • Manage the relationship with the developers, Atlassian
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate Atlassian tools upgrades.
  • Ensure smooth maintenance and performance of the Atlassian suite.
  • Expected deliverables include :
  • Optimized demand pipeline allowing for the redundancy of the Change Tooling Mailbox
  • Clear role-based permissions and descriptors
  • Self-serve catalogue and user guides
  • Optimized access management process

    • Skill Requirements :

  • Proven experience in administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk).
  • Familiarity with evaluating and managing Atlassian add-ons.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide excellent user support.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Atlassian collaboration tools in a technical or support role
  • Strong proficiency in multiple tools, especially Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub
  • Scripting experience preferred to make bulk updates to tools
  • Hands-on experience with code repository management (Git, GitHub, and / or GitLab)
  • Experience integrating tools through APIs, plugins, or automation platforms
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead projects independently and work collaboratively across teams
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency
  • Strong product mindset, with a focus on value and data-driven decision-making
  • For the role, it will also be important to have familiarity with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
