Purpose of the Job :
Business Head of Cluster with complete ownership of Sales, Operations and allied branch functions.
This position will be responsible for managing key relationships & ensure business development across all distribution segments (IFAs, National Distributors, Banks, PSU & Co-op Banks etc.) and manage Corporate & SMEs at all branch locations of the cluster.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving sales targets of the cluster and mapped branches.
- Formulate strategy for developing all business segments and diligent deployment of targets across segments.
- Responsible for top line & bottom line of the cluster.
- Will drive key relationships and is responsible for sales targets, acquisition of new business, sales patterns in the market.
- Market & industry analysis, selection & motivation of agents / distributors. Enhance relationship value with managed Corporate / National Distributors / Agents / Banks etc within the cluster resulting in growth in business.
- Responsible for team's productivity & engagement.
- Drive initiatives and campaigns launched by Zonal HQ and corporate office.
- Assist in creating & refining systems & processes.
- Ensure right- selling by all team members through regular training.
- Periodic business review of team.
- Ensuring Compliance with regulations.
Education & Experience
MBA / CFP with minimum 10 years' overall experience.Minimum 3 years in AMC / wealth / broking business.AMFI certification is compulsory.Role specific competencies :
