Claims Officer - A&H

Competency  :

• In-depth understanding of personal accident insurance policies / Travel Insurance, claims procedures, and relevant regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with claimants, team members, and other stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve claims disputes and achieve fair settlements.
• Good Analytical skills and Familiar with Basic Microsoft Excel and regulatory changes
