Job Title : Business Development Manager (US Staffing Operations)

Location : Hyderabad, India / Remote (US Operations + US work business hours)

Compensation : Competitive Monthly Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

Experience : 5–10+ years in US Staffing Business Development

Position Overview

Skysoft Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen our US Staffing operations from India. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building staffing businesses , establishing client relationships, and onboarding 3–4 new clients quickly . This role requires strong communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to operate independently with a growth-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for US staffing services .
  • Bring 3–4 new direct clients or Tier 1 vendors to Skysoft Inc within the initial months.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business volume.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to shape business growth.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Maintain strong communication with US-based leadership and regularly report progress.
  • Build long-term partnerships that enhance Skysoft Inc’s brand and reputation.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 - 10+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.
  • Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.
  • Existing industry contacts with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High motivation, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in building or scaling a staffing division / business unit.
  • Experience working closely with US-based leadership teams.
  • Ability to mentor or guide junior sales / recruitment staff.
