About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer / AI Lead to design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI integrations, and RAG-based architectures. This role involves leading AI-driven innovation, mentoring teams, and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions for large-scale business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Design & Development :

• Architect and develop AI-driven applications leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Build and customize Microsoft Copilots across M365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
• Develop custom connectors, plugins, and AI workflows for Power Apps and Power Automate.

Leadership & Mentoring :

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years in software development with at least 3+ years in AI solution development.
