Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Indore. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, managing ledger entries, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with audits. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and supporting the company’s investment and portfolio management activities.

Qualifications

• Accounting and Financial Management skills, including ledger management, cash flow monitoring, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in Taxation and Compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements and preparing tax filings
• Analytical and Reporting skills related to interpreting financial data and generating detailed reports
• Knowledge of Investment and Portfolio Management processes
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Tools
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus
• Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
