Salesforce Service Cloud Developer - Lightning Web Components

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and related modules.
• Develop scalable and reusable components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST / SOAP APIs with external systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Configure and manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and integrations.
