• To plan and carryout experiments on a day to day basis.
• Should carry out experiments based on the work plan provided by the supervisor
• To carry out reactions as per the protocol provided
• To bring in innovations wherever possible, to save on cost and unit operations
• Responsibility for right quality, quantity and on time delivery
