Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer based in Gurugram. The Conference Producer will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences. This includes conducting market research, developing event agendas, acquiring speakers, and managing all logistical aspects of the events. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with sponsors and partners, developing marketing strategies to promote events, and ensuring high-quality attendee experiences.

Qualifications

• Skills in Conference Production and Event Management
• Expertise in Market Research and identifying industry trends
• Proficiency in Communication and Speaker Acquisition
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Gurugram
• Experience in the legal, IP, GRC, or cybersecurity industries is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
