SmartKatch is a growing enterprise B2B SaaS platform powered by advanced AI Analytics that provides continuous, comprehensive and catalytic financial risk intelligence. We are looking for a hands-on Account Manager to own post-sale success, drive adoption and retention, and grow customer lifetime value by expanding platform use across the customers’ business.
You will :
- Drive growth of ARR through upsell and cross-sell of additional modules and use cases.
- Own the customer lifecycle : onboarding, adoption plans, QBRs, roadmaps, and renewals.
- Protect and improve NPS by monitoring health signals, leading remediation for detractors, and delivering exceptional CX.
- Discover unstated needs in coordination with Delivery team by running structured discovery sessions and turning operational pain into product-led solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Delivery to close expansions and influence roadmap.
- Maintain commercial discipline : accurate documentation, pipeline forecasting, and regular leadership reporting.
You are :
An engineering or finance professional with an MBA and 6 years in enterprise account management, customer success, or enterprise sales at a B2B SaaS company. Engineering or finance professionals with 10+ years’ experience may also apply.Exposure to senior level interactions is a must, especially finance, procurement and operations.Proven track record in land-and-expand motions and improving NPS or retention.Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.Familiar with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics) or finance-related analytics preferred.Data-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment.Location : Bengaluru On-site with customer travel as needed.
