Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a SMSF Accountant. The SMSF Accountant will be responsible for managing and administering self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs), preparing financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic advice to clients. Day-to-day tasks will also include liaising with senior accountant, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SMSF regulations and compliance
• Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred
