Job title : Financial Due Diligence Analyst / Associate – Real Estate
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Due Diligence Analyst to support investment and acquisition activities within our real estate portfolio. The role involves evaluating target assets, analyzing financial statements, assessing deal risks, and preparing due diligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct financial due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments.
Analyze historical and projected financial performance, cash flows, and valuation models.
Assess property-level and entity-level risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
Collaborate with legal, tax, and operations teams to review transaction documents and identify financial implications.
Prepare comprehensive due diligence summaries and investment memos for management and investors.
Well versed with Valuation and Project Assessment techniques like NPV, IRR, XIRR etc to analyse the investment scenarios
Support post-acquisition integration and financial performance tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in financial due diligence, real estate investment analysis, or transaction advisory.
Strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of real estate financial metrics, valuation methods, and industry regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate, consulting, or legal sector. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, including legal, qualified accountants, and engineering departments. Strong client management experience, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. In-Depth understanding of the RERA Act and its implications for real estate operations is required. Skills Required : Leadership and team management across legal, qualified accountants, and engineering functions. Client relationship management and customer service excellence. Strong operational planning and process optimization abilities. Experience in coordinating with center managers and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple locations. Regulatory compliance knowledge, particularly in real estate and legal industries. Complete knowledge of the RERA Act for engagement in the real-estate sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
