Job descriptionBachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8-20 years of experience in fintech / financial services, with a focus on Buy Now Pay Later. Strong understanding of BNPL products, credit risk, and regulatory compliance. Expertise in numerical analysis, advanced Excel, and presenting insights to top management. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and improvement
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze trends and competition in the Bank / NBFC / FinTech / Shop Now Pay Later industry.
- Identify growth opportunities and build relationships with top management at Banks / NBFCs / FinTech firms.
- Oversee end-to-end deal closures, including product structuring and contract finalization.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage strategic partnerships within the FinTech ecosystem.
- Use strong networking, communication, and conflict management skills to drive success.
