We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI and Tableau to lead our data visualization and analytics efforts.

Youll lead a team of analysts, collaborating across departments to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver impactful data solutions.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, fostering best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and data pipelines to support reporting needs.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data governance, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power BI, Tableau features, and BI industry trends to innovate solutions.
