Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, based in India. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting solutions tailored to their requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves market research, negotiation, follow-ups, and coordinating with the production team to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and customer relationship building
• Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and account management
• Familiarity with packaging or related industries is an advantage
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in field sales.
• Fluency in local language.
• Bachelor’s degree.
