Dotnet technical lead

Job Description

We are  seeking a seasoned  .NET Technical Lead  to lead  the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge web-based applications. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, while adhering to modern development practices. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise in .NET technologies and proven experience in leading agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of scalable and secure web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET .

Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and architecture.

Ensure clean, efficient, and well-documented code through best coding practices and code reviews.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases for performance and scalability.

Deploy and integrate applications with third-party services and existing enterprise systems.

Continuously enhance applications by integrating new features and technologies.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and deployment guides.

Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and code quality.

Ensure adherence to DevOps practices , CI / CD pipelines, and automated testing strategies.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web API, and .NET Core .

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices architecture , and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Experience with Entity Framework , SQL Server , and / or NoSQL databases .

Proficiency in frontend frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines , version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
