About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Care & GDS Consultant to join our team and support our clients with flight-related queries, schedule changes, disruptions, and general service requests. You will handle bookings through Galileo (or other GDS platforms), manage ticketing tasks, and provide fast, accurate, and friendly support to customers across phone, email, and WhatsApp.
This role suits someone who is confident with GDS entries, enjoys problem-solving, and can stay calm during busy or challenging situations. You’ll work closely with the sales team and back-office staff to make sure every customer receives reliable and consistent service.
